As part of our interactions with stakeholders, the English Language Teaching Program at Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University Faculty of Education hosted students from the foreign language class of the Social Sciences High School this week.

Within the program, a seminar was conducted by our Department Chair, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sedat Akayoğlu, where students had the opportunity to ask questions and receive informative responses.

Additionally, high school students attended a lecture by Instructor Sema Kaplan, allowing them to experience a university classroom environment firsthand. Guided by our fourth-year pre-service teachers, they explored our campus, university, and relevant departments.

The organization of the program was coordinated by İlknur Demir from our University’s Press and Public Relations Office, representatives from the School of Foreign Languages, and our Teaching Practicum Coordinator, Prof. Dr. Anıl Rakıcıoğlu-Söylemez.
